Shipping Policy

1. Overview

We are committed to delivering your organic products safely, on time, and in the best possible condition. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order dispatch, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Please read this policy before placing an order. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms described below.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days — Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, processing begins within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays are queued for processing the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking details once it is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location:

Remote zone orders may attract an additional handling surcharge displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch.

5. Serviceability

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. You can check if your pin code is serviceable at the checkout stage before placing your order.

We do not currently ship internationally. If your pin code is not serviceable by our primary courier partners, we will attempt delivery via an alternate carrier or notify you for an alternative arrangement.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. You can also track your order from the My Orders section of your account dashboard.

Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to appear after dispatch. If the tracking link shows no updates for more than 3 business days, please contact our support team.

7. Packaging

We take care to pack all orders securely to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Where possible, we use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials in keeping with our commitment to sustainable practices.

Fragile or liquid products are bubble-wrapped and sealed. Perishable items requiring temperature sensitivity are dispatched with appropriate insulation. If you have specific packaging requests, please note them in the order comments at checkout — we will accommodate where feasible.

8. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
• Public holidays, regional strikes, or government-imposed restrictions
• High-volume periods such as festivals or promotional sales
• Courier network disruptions or capacity constraints
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. However, we will actively assist in resolving any issues and keep you informed throughout.

9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the package, the courier will typically attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to our facility.

In the event of a returned shipment due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Perishable items that are returned due to failed delivery cannot be refunded or re-dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of order.

10. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Follow these steps:

• Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged product immediately upon opening
• Report the damage to our support team within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact page or your account dashboard
• Include your order number and attach the photographs in your message

We will review your report and, if the damage is confirmed, arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.
